Privacy policy

Data collected

Identity and business contact details (company, name, e-mail, telephone, addresses), VAT number, content of orders, quotations and messages. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never transmitted to us.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Management of orders, quotations, invoicing and delivery (performance of the contract).
  • Accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation: invoices are kept for 10 years).
  • Responding to contact requests (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Stripe (payment), carriers (delivery), the website host (Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre), the e-mail service provider (IONOS) and our accounting firm. No data is ever sold.

Retention periods

Customer data: 3 years after the last contact. Invoices: 10 years. Customer accounts: until deletion is requested.
